Codfish Cakes
We present our Codfish Cake, the true star of the range, made with only natural ingredients. Our secret lies in quality and the artisanal process: we use premium cod, which is cooked and then deboned and shredded by hand to ensure the best texture. This cod is mixed with purée made from natural potato, without additives, and each cake is shaped by hand with spoons, giving it the traditional form and perfect texture. The result is a cake of pure flavour, light and incomparably creamy, honouring Portuguese tradition.
